I am looking at a tuna burrito. There’s a chicken salad sitting in a taco bowl. Interesting options.
I look over at the hot dishes, looking for an excuse to go cold.
I walk over to get a better look at the day’s dishes. There’s an overpriced tajine and a few other unappetizing choices. The butcher’s cut, a steak, makes me hesitate.
I go back to the salads. I am about to go for the tuna and picture myself chomping down on the burrito while my colleague has a knife and fork meal.
I put the chicken salad on my platter.
